FAQ
Commonly Asked Questions
    Q. How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to shower and prepare for your treatment. To enjoy the full benefit of your spa experience, we suggest 10 minutes in the sauna or eucalyptus steam room, 10 minutes in the heated whirlpool and 15 minutes floating, enjoying the underwater music in our sanctuary pool.
    Q. Must I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you prefer them. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over any part of your body not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist, as you prefer.
    Q. Other Considerations?
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after a treatment.
Smoking is not allowed in the Spa or Spa Pool area. Cellular phones and pagers are prohibited.
    Q. Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy or disability?
Yes. When you call for a reservation, please tell our spa reception associate if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other condition we should know about.
    Q. What do I need to bring?
We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables.
