Rancho Las Palmas provides an intimate atmosphere for Palm Springs conventions, meetings, and celebrations. Whether you’re hosting a poolside party or a high-powered conference, our resort has the flexibility to accommodate any event in Palm Springs, large or small. With a guest-friendly layout that allows for seamless transitions, our meeting facilities include:

  • 41,000 square feet of flexible event space, including a total of 28 meeting rooms.
  • 12,900-square-foot Las Palmas Ballroom, divisible into eight sections, accommodating 1,800 for receptions, 1,100 for banquets, and 70 exhibit booths.
  • 10,000-square-foot Fiesta Ballroom, divisible into eight sections, accommodating 1,200 for receptions, 800 for banquets, and 52 exhibit booths.
  • 10,000-square-foot Starlight Terrace, perfect for outdoor receptions, banquets, and catered events.
  • 3,000-square-foot Sunlight Terrace, located on the second level of the Fiesta Ballroom, providing a natural glow of warmth and serenity.
  • Three hospitality suites, with 704 square feet of space each, perfect for intimate gatherings and light entertaining.
  • Nine additional meeting suites, each offering 500 square feet of space, ideal for conferences of up to 170 people
