bluEmber Summer Grilling Recipe
Impress your friends and family with this summer grilling recipe from bluEmber Chef de Cuisine, Brandon Testi.
INGREDIENTS (one serving)
• 10 oz ribeye
• sea salt & freshed cracked pepper to taste
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
Heat Grill on high. Season meat liberally with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Dressing: in a large mixing bowl, place blue cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, herbs and garlic. With a spoon, smash all the ingredients together until a loose dressing forms. This will become the "sauce" that pulls the dish together. Set aside.
Choose the hottest spot of the grill to place meat. Flip only once for perfect char marks. If more time is needed for cooking, move away from the direct heat. Let rest. Plate and drizzle blue cheese dressing over the top and serve with your favorite seasonal vegetable. Goes great with a Hangar 24 Orange Wheat Beer!
