Laundry

  Laundry Attendant
    To make sure all room linen, food and beverage linen, robes, uniforms or any other laundry brought to the Laundry Department are separated, weighed, washed, ironed and folded.

Loss Prevention

  Officer
    To ensure the safety and tranquil stay of resort guests and associates, to assist as needed, to enforce the policies and procedures of the resort and to record in writing any assigned task.

  Supervisor
    Supervises, trains and schedules all Security officers.

Minibar

  Attendant
    Restock and accurately account for all products in the refreshment centers in guest rooms.

Palms Cafe

  Cook 2
    Prepares, cooks, and serves meals as directed by Sous Chef.

Pool

  Lifeguard
    Responsible for ensuring safety at the Slide and Dive Pool and surrounding areas.

  Pool Attendant
    Anticipate guest needs, and provide guests with a fun and friendly experience. Ensure the pool is properly maintained at all times.

Pool & Recreation

  Manager
    Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Family Pool, Splash Grill, Retail and Cabanas in accordance with departmental criteria.

Reservations

  Reservations Agent
    The Reservation Agent is to answer all telephone inquiries with regard to the room, golf, spa rates and information for the hotel.

Room Service

    To deliver all orders promptly, professionally and enthusiastically with the utmost care given to guests’ satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing

    This is a sales focused position requiring 100% of their time to be spent on direct sales related duties.

    To enroll new Members into the Club at the minimum performance rate of achieving the Club’s Membership Sales Plan for both ID’s, cash flow and Dues.

Spa

  Esthetician
    To assist with guest's comfort in a courteous and professional manner while performing all esthetic services.

  Massage Therapist
    To assist with guests’ comfort in a courteous and professional manner while performing massage and/or body treatments. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation, proper technical procedures and spa profit maximization.

Splash

  Bartender
    Make drinks for servers and customers.

  Cook 2
    Prepares, cooks, and serves meals as directed by Sous Chef.

  Server
    To achieve the highest quality of personable, good and friendly service, yet never overly familiar.

Stewarding

  Dishwasher
    Maintain equipment and dishwashing areas clean and organized.

  Steward
    Assist in the plating of food for banquets.
