Room Rate

If staying multiple nights, the room rate reflects your nightly room rates averaged over the length of your stay.

There is a $35 charge for guaranteed connecting rooms per stay booked.

Daily Resort Charge

A $28 daily resort charge will be added each night. The daily resort charge includes toll free, credit card and local calling, entrance to our fitness center, in-room high-speed Internet access, in-room coffee and tea, overnight self parking, access to Splashtopia for registered resort guests and daily newspaper available at Front Desk. The room rate and daily resort charge are subject to a 12.15% occupancy tax (subject to change).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night's room rate and tax. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have your confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available for the agent.

Early Check-in Policy

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. If you arrive prior to 4:00 pm, we request that you check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants until your room becomes available. Pool access is available at 2 pm.

Early Departure Policy

There is a $75 fee should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.

Pet Policy

Rancho Las Palmas is pet friendly in specific buildings. Pets must be under 50 pounds and a $100 charge per pet, per stay will be applied. Pet friendly amenity included!
